The Neta Warranty
Neta is a subsidiary of the Husqvarna Group and is supported by the Husqvarna South Africa Team.
Husqvarna provides a manufacturer’s replacement warranty against faulty workmanship in manufacture and/or defective components to the initial purchaser for each new Neta branded product produced or sold by Husqvarna and purchased in South Africa, Australia or New Zealand. To make a valid claim under this manufacturer’s warranty, the product and proof of purchase must be provided to the retailer where the item was purchased. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, adjustments and/or modifications by the consumer or normal wear and tear, the costs of shipping and handling, travel expenses, lost time, or pickup and delivery.
No Break Guarantee
Neta’s garden watering products has been developed perfectly using the highest grade material suitable for South African gardeners. As a commitment of quality, Neta has introduced the Neta No Break Guarantee. This guarantee is our pledge that if our products do not perform to expectations within the guarantee period stated on the packaging, Neta will replace or refund the product.
Neta’s No Break Guarantees are clearly identified on each product pack and range anywhere from 2 through to 10 years – depending on the individual product:
• Sprinklers are covered by a 2 year guarantee.
• Retractable hose reels are covered by a 3 year guarantee.
• Plastic UV stabilised fittings are covered by a 5 year guarantee.
• Plastic & metal guns are covered by a 5 year guarantee.
• Neta’s garden hose range guarantees varies between 6 to 10 years.
