Competition Terms and Conditions – NETA product Hamper competition

1. Competition valid from 9^th February to 31^st March 2024.
2. Each hamper prize consists of NETA gardening products valued at R3000-00.
3. Participants must be 18 years or older and must be a South African citizen or permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa (“RSA”), and have a valid identity document or passport and reside in the RSA during the period of the Competition.
4. Digital entry to the competition must be done on the official NETA Facebook and Instagram pages – Like, follow and share to qualify for an entry.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. Draw will take place by 3^rd April 2024.
7. Winner will be notified by 5^th April 2024.
8. Handover of prizes will take place between 8^th to 26^th April 2024.
9. If the winners cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10. NETA reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions.
11. NETA is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. All decision in respect of the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material
15. No responsibility will be accepted for any entry that is not delivered, received or is delayed or damaged due to technical reasons, including telecommunication failure on the part of the Participant’s service provider, or otherwise.
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. In accordance with the POPI Act, entrant is accepting their details to be used in future marketing material from Husqvarna South Africa (PTY) Ltd – GARDENA Brand Division.
